This form is only for submitting short stories, novelettes, novellas, and essays. All stories must meet the Submission Guidelines. Any personal information collected will only be used for contacting the author regarding this submission.

UtahSF Annual Best submissions must be submitted as a "reprint" and must include the original publication name and date of publication. Any that do not include this information will be rejected.
