Carol Lynn Pearson has been a professional writer, speaker and performer for many years, devoted to transforming patriarchy into partnership. Her memoir, Goodbye, I Love You, tells the story of her marriage to a homosexual man, their divorce, ongoing friendship, and her caring for him as he died of AIDS. Her work transcends religious and cultural boundaries and she continues to work within the Mormon community, the religion of her pioneer ancestors. She has an MA in theater and lives in Walnut Creek, California.
