Jeanna Mason Stay does most of her writing in fantasy and fairy tales. Occasionally, though, she hears a phantom call from some other genre, and so she answers it, even if it involves oatmeal. Jeanna loves fireflies, serial commas, and her husband and children. Not necessarily in that order. She dreams of one day owning a herd of Chia sheep. Her short fiction has been published in Deep Magic, Daily Science Fiction, the 2018 anthology Unspun: A Collection of Tattered Fairy Tales, and various other locations.
