Max Florschutz was born in the wilderness of rural Alaska and survived there for two decades before moving. A long-time lover of sci-fi and fantasy, he published his first book in 2013, and since then has continued to thrill and delight audiences with unexpected adventures and delightful characters. He runs a weekly writing advice feature, “Being a Better Writer,” on his website.
