One half of Robert F. Lowell’s brain has authored, edited, or contributed to fourteen books and numerous articles and papers on terrorism, nuclear proliferation, and chemical and biological weapons. The other half writes about swords, sorcery, unicorns, and magic birds and has earned Honorable Mention three times (so far) in the Writers of the Future short story contest. Both halves live together in California with Robert’s wife and at least one dog.
