We are excited to reveal the cover for A Hero of a Different Stripe, volume 5 in the LTUE Benefit Anthologies publication series! The cover art is by Kevin Wasden, and is inspired by “Within Limits”, the story by Scott R. Parkin. A Hero of a Different Stripe will be released on February 16, 2023 at the annual Life, the Universe, & Everything science fiction symposium in Provo, Utah.
After much deliberation and consideration, editors Jaleta Clegg and Joe Monson and pleased to announce the stories that will be included in Troubadours and Space Princesses, the sixth volume in the LTUE Benefit Anthology series published by Hemelein Publications and LTUE Press. Thank you to everyone who submitted to the call for submissions for Troubadours and Space Princesses, the sixth volume in the LTUE Benefit Anthologies series. The number of unpublished stories submitted reached 80%, which is significantly higher than in the past (previous ones have gotten into the low 40% range, so huge jump there). We appreciate so many of you sending in stories that David Farland would have loved. Since its beginnings in the early 1980s, the Life, the Universe, & Everything Symposium has been a staple of the Utah and Intermountain West author and artist community.
