After much deliberation and consideration, editors Jaleta Clegg and Joe Monson and pleased to announce the stories that will be included in Troubadours and Space Princesses, the sixth volume in the LTUE Benefit Anthology series published by Hemelein Publications and LTUE Press. We appreciate everyone who submitted stories. There were so many good stories submitted, and it was hard to whittle them down to the word count we needed. Submission period closed for Troubadours and Space Princesses

Thank you to everyone who submitted to the call for submissions for Troubadours and Space Princesses, the sixth volume in the LTUE Benefit Anthologies series. The number of unpublished stories submitted reached 80%, which is significantly higher than in the past (previous ones have gotten into the low 40% range, so huge jump there). We appreciate so many of you sending in stories that David Farland would have loved. Since its beginnings in the early 1980s, the Life, the Universe, & Everything Symposium has been a staple of the Utah and Intermountain West author and artist community. Many authors, artists, and editors have found inspiration for their careers at the feet of scores of symposium guests. Influential professors and others have mentored those planning and running the symposium, but many of these mentors have passed on. We have now sent out all of the acceptance and rejection notifications for submissions to the A Hero of a Different Stripe anthology, and less than a week after we wanted to get them out! Twilight Tales releases on Thursday!

Twilight Tales will be released on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Life, the Universe, & Everything 39. This year, it will be all online, so we’ll see how that works out.
